DRP – Direct Repair Program. This means the repair facility has a contract with the insurance company that allows the repair facility to be self-authorized to assess damage and begin repairs. The program was instituted by the insurance companies to help streamline claims and make the repair process easier for the customer. Repair facilities are required to meet certain criteria required by the insurance companies to participate in the program. Northtown is a DRP for several major insurance companies, having met insurance company requirements to provide the highest quality repair work, professional service, and customer satisfaction.
Northtown Collision & Northtown Auto Glass works with all insurance companies, as well as insurance agents and adjusters.
Regardless of who is paying for the repairs, all customers receive the same level of quality service, and all repairs are done with the customer's best interests in mind.
